If you lead a busy lifestyle and would like a more flexible approach to training then my Online PT packages maybe a more suitable option for you. Online PT is now increasing in popularity as it is a more flexible, convenient, accessible and affordable method of training. To begin your Online PT journey with myself you will be asked to complete a consultation questionnaire and starter forms covering topics such as gym experience, lifestyle habits and medical/injury history.
Once you have completed your sign up process I will then create your programme and nutrition plan. You will have access to your own app with access to video demonstrations to guide you through the process. You will have unlimited support from myself (Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm) to guide you through the process.
Once payment has been made you will receive a link via e-mail to download your PT Dani app.
Once you have downloaded the app you will be asked to complete a questionnaire so that I can fully understand your goals, circumstances and preferences.
Once I have received your information it usually takes approximately 3 days to create the appropriate plan for you. Once completed you will then receive notification that your programme is ready.
Once you have completed all of your measurements and photographs on the app then we will address your nutrition. We will calculate your daily calorie target and your macronutrient (carbohydrate, fat and protein) split based on the information you provide. Your app contains Fitbit and MyfitnessPal app integrations so that you can sync all of your information in one place.
You are entitled to unlimited e-mail support. If you require any assistance we are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to help guide you. We also check in every Friday to assess your progress.
All programmes are six weeks in duration. Your six weekly subscription will be ongoing until you cancel. Please note; access to your PT Dani app will only be available for the duration of your training programme.
If my monthly Online PT Package doesn’t suit your needs there are general programme options available to purchase below. The below programmes have been created for individuals who would prefer a programme to follow without the support of a Personal Trainer. Once you have purchased your programme you will receive a link to download the PT Dani training app and complete the registration process. On completion you will recieve your programme to follow within the app. Video demonstrations will guide you through the process. Access to your app will only be available for the duration of your training programme.
