My love for fitness began as a child when my Grandad identified that I had a talent for running. He took me to a local running club where my talent was nurtured by highly skilled coaches from a club runner to international sprinter representing Great Britain in the 400m and 200m.
Through-out my career I have trained in basic gyms to English Institute of Sport facilities working with the best Strength and Conditioning Coaches in the country. After retiring from international competition I set up my own business working as a Personal Trainer, Coach, Mentor and Consultant. My aim is to share the knowledge I have gained in my work and elite level sport by helping as many people as possible to reach their potential.
Her attention to detail was just what I needed. Dani showed me how to create structure and how to put processes in place to help run my business more efficiently. I was wasting too much time writing similar programmes, having coffee, no structure to client bookings and not using my time efficiently. She went through my business and cleared out the clutter. My sports career stopped suddenly due to a shoulder injury. I went from competing internationally with a very structured lifestyle to nothing in the space of a few months. A very organised, driven and determined person. It rubs off on me for sure. She makes changes to your lifestyle at the pace that is right for you too - I found other trainers pushed me so hard initially that I couldn't sustain it. She is a great match for me.
