Personal Training is available for beginner to advanced level individuals who would like to improve their fitness levels, how they look, improve their strength or learn how to exercise safely. Strength and Conditioning Coaching is available for competing athletes.



The PT Mentorship Scheme has been devised to assist the development of Personal Trainers in the fitness industry. Topics such as business, marketing, client management and mindset are all covered within the scheme.




Our aim is to help promote fitness and wellbeing in the workplace and improve productivity by reducing stress levels and sickness absence rates. Workshops can also be provided within schools, universities and colleges to help educate students on mindset, wellbeing and healthy living.

My love for fitness began as a child when my Grandad identified that I had a talent for running. He took me to a local running club where my talent was nurtured by highly skilled coaches from a club runner to international sprinter representing Great Britain in the 400m and 200m.

Through-out my career I have trained in basic gyms to English Institute of Sport facilities working with the best Strength and Conditioning Coaches in the country. After retiring from international competition I set up my own business working as a Personal Trainer, Coach, Mentor and Consultant. My aim is to share the knowledge I have gained in my work and elite level sport by helping as many people as possible to reach their potential.


Due to the current demands on staff members; sickness, stress and anxiety can all effect the productivity levels of your workplace. Dani can spend a day at your place of work liaising with staff members to assist them in managing their work life balance using exercise and health management as a tool. Topics covered on the day include stress, anxiety, mentality, habits, weight management, fitness, nutrition and supporting your fellow colleagues.

The running guide is designed for beginner and intermediate runners who would like to increase their knowledge of running. This guide contains 5km, 10km, half marathon and marathon programmes, a gym programme, tips and tactics for race day and training.
