Monitor your calorie intake on apps such as myfitnesspal to help you monitor and assess the macro (carbohydrate, fat and protein) content of your diet. It can also help monitor calories so that you can check if you are over eating or not eating enough.
Look after your body. Trips to the Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Massage Therapist are all great ways to maintain a healthy body and prevent pain in the future.
Don’t Bully Yourself
Exercise should be enjoyable. Bullying yourself is not the best way to get the results you know you deserve. Believe in yourself and the results will come.
