About Me

Dani is a former international athlete representing Great Britain, England and Sale Harriers, Manchester in the 400m and 200m. Since retiring from athletics Dani has worked for Sport England, BAE Systems, NHS, Sport Development Teams and a variety of commercial/studio gyms as a Coach, Personal Trainer, Consultant and Training Co-ordinator.

The knowledge gained through-out Dani’s career helps provide her clients and Personal Trainers with a unique insight into how to train like an athlete, motivate clients and achieve targets. It is a great passion of Dani’s to work with beginners to advanced level individuals assisting them through the process of unlocking their true potential.

Dani’s main areas of work include;

Designing training programmes and providing nutrition advice to beginners through to advanced level individuals by educating and guiding clients through the process of Personal Training.

The On Track PT Mentorship Scheme, open to any Personal Trainer who requires advice and support during their Personal Trainer career.

Providing advice and development plans in colleges, universities, schools and workplaces to increase activity levels by educating individuals on the benefits of physical activity in the community.
